Eggs - My Number 1 Fat Loss Food
My top choice food for burning fat is eggs, particularly the white. The egg white has no cholesterol and hardly any fat but 87% water and the rest is completely protein. Eggs are not only easy to eat or cook but also are pretty cheap, that is without mentioning how good tasting they are. Actually there is nothing you can't make with them. Baking, scrambled, omelets or hard / half boiled, just pulls water out of anyone's mouth easily. They come with a great BV value of protein you can imagine. So why not, it's my top choice for fat loss.
Well, I can't say the same thing about the yolk as it comes packed with large amounts of cholesterol (LDL) that accounts for pretty much over 2/3rds of permissible 300mg limit. Also, the kids allergic to eggs may want to watch out.
